Resumen

Mineral, plant and virtual memory; the future of the book, human communication, theextinction of planet Earth and the thresholds are concerns that Umberto Eco developsin his book La memoria vegetale e altri scritti di bibliofilia. This work reflects on thesethemes which are linked to fictional worlds that disturb the notion of “real world” thatwe have built.
