| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar a un hongo de coloración anaranjada que se presenta naturalmente regulando las poblaciones de las moscas blancas Aleurothrixus floccosus (Mask) y Dialeurodes citrifolii(Morgan) en cítricos de Tucumán, Argentina. Se trata de Aschersonia aleyrodis Webber (Deuteromycotina: Hyphomycetes). Dada su condición de agente de control natural, debe ser tenido en cuenta al implementar estrategias de manejo integrado de plagas en cítricos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was the identification of an orange fungus responsible of the natural control and regulation of whiteflies populations, including Aleurothrixus floccosus (Mask) and Dialeurodes citrifolii (Morgan),on citric plants in Tucumán, Argentina. Results showed it is an entomopathogen Aschersonia aleyrodis Webber (Deuteromycotina: Hyphomycetes) that could possibly be used as a control agent within an integrated management strategy for citrus pests. | |
