LA PREVENCIÓN DE RIESGOS LABORALES, ¿PUEDE DESARROLLARSE CON EL TRABAJO EN EQUIPOS EMOCIONALMENTE INTELIGENTES?

Abstract

Se muestran los resultados de un proyecto de investigación que tuvo como objetivo general identificar las conductas que resulten eficaces para la prevención de tareas que impliquen riesgos y si las mismas se vinculan con la Inteligencia Emocional (IE), considerando a ésta como recurso personal y laboral positivo. Mediante entrevistas y cuestionarios a 15 empleados se indagaron Inteligencia Emocional, recursos y conductas personales y grupales saludables que permitan minimizar el riesgo laboral.Los resultados muestran una disonancia cognitiva y emocional en la percepción de la IE grupal e individual y permitieron elaborar pautas de intervención tendientes a mejorar la calidad de la vida laboral. The present study shows the results of a research project whose general objective was to identify the effective behaviors for the prevention of risky behaviors and if they are linked to the Emotional Intelligence (EI), considering it as a positive personal and work resource. By means of interviews and questionnaires, 15 employees were asked for Emotional Intelligence as well as their personal and group healthy resources and behaviours aimed to minimize the work risk. The results show a cognitive and emotional dissonance between group and individual EI perception and allowed to develop intervention guidelines aimed at improving the quality of working life.
